|Title||Customer Support Specialist|
As the Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the primary customer contact at RAM with-regard-to purchase order processing and order status. Through frequent interaction with our customers, you will directly influence the customer experience. Your primary role is to make it easy for our customers to do business with RAM and to further the culture of excellent customer service, communicating with curtesy, respect, and professionalism. You will interact with customers through email and phone conversations; you will oversee the review of new purchase orders and any revisions to existing orders and ensure that each is processed in a timely manner. You will work closely with all departments to ensure that customer expectations and order status is communicated. You will update Syteline with new orders and with revisions generated both by our customers and RAM operations.
