Having graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business Management and an emphasis in Operations, Bruce began his career working for an Integrated Circuit manufacturer before joining RAM in 1992.
Through various initial RAM responsibilities in HR, QA, and Sales, Bruce demonstrated the capability that led to his being promoted to leadership in RAM’s Operations team, where together with that wonderful team Bruce enjoyed success as the Director of Operations for more than 23 years.
In 2021 Bruce was asked to lead our Business Development team where he now applies his experience with RAM’s systems and existing customer relationships to further fuel RAM’s business growth.
